At Ventura Trading, we believe in direct trade and personal relationships between producers, buyers and suppliers. We have been in the coffee business for three decades and understand the realities, challenges and opportunities of agricultural production. We are always looking to innovate while respecting people, their traditions, and natural resources. That same respect we show for the production process is consistently shown in all other steps, right through to the coffee cup. Field to Flavour is our mantra, our commitment, and our mission, guaranteeing the best quality coffee, produced with passion and in the fairest way possible. We do not believe in expensive labels and guarantee transparency in everything we do.
With Fazenda Ipiranga and Cosmo Coffee, we combine the realities of the tropical fields with their wonderful flavours, right down to the coffee cup, with a sustainable view of the future.

Domenica & Valentin Biedermann
PARTNER
DOMENICA BIEDERMANN
Domenica is an accomplished retail, restaurant and real estate executive with 15 years of experience in the industry nationally and internationally. Her expertise and training in International Hospitality Management at the Ecole Hôtelière Lausanne and her MBA degree from the University of St. Gallen give her particularly deep insights into the synergies that exist between customer needs and business development. Her genuine interest in the unusual and her passion for the coffee industry led her to found Ventura Trading with her brother, finding new ways to create unforgettable coffee moments and define new standars in terms of transparency and direct trade.
VALENTIN BIEDERMANN
Valentin has many years of experience in finance and corporate business development. He holds a university degree and a master's degree in business administration with a specialisation in corporate finance.
As an investor, he has worked in a wide variety of sectors and industries, striving to achieve business goals through the implementation of lean structures and consistently exceeding set targets.
Due to his family history and in his role as a family officer, he has developed a strong passion for agriculture and the world of coffee. With the goal of transparent and responsible trade, he founded Ventura Trading together with Domenica.
